“Out with grief!”
One thing is certain, two for sure, if you live, you will die and at some point you will experience grief. There are many things that we grieve; death is one of them; and is more commonly “noticed” and discussed. People grieve health changes, the life they thought they would have, breakups, diagnoses and the list goes on. If we don’t address our grief, we will lash out (anger), pig out (overeat), bail out (avoidance), act out(too many behaviors to name), and eventually pass out (a lethargic and stuporous state). Find an “out”let for your losses so that you develop healthy ways to manage.
