Tainted Taboos

Toss the taboos! It is time to redefine, revise, redo, rewrite some of the things we’ve believed for decades. One, “Ain’t nobody’s business what happens in this house!” This has been huge in many African American communities. Toss it and get the help that is needed for you to heal from “whatever” has and still prevents you from reaching your full potential or pursuing your dreams. It’s your time to walk in your purpose. It’s difficult to move with “that” weight. I’m not talking about body weight either. Toss the tainted taboos!
