This workshop is designed to educate attendees across all backgrounds—professionals, non‑professionals, and individuals at the bachelor, master, and clinical level—about the significant risks associated with untreated depression. Together, we will build a shared understanding of what depression is, how it shows up in daily life, and why early recognition and intervention matter.
