I’M UNDONE, NOW WHAT?

Undoing habits, thoughts, negative patterns etc. etc. can be tough. Now that you’ve identified what needs to be undone, imagine that you’re packing a box. Place each old habit in that box, seal it, and send it to the land of “no more.” Some of us, may spend days, or even months packing. Repeat as many times as necessary. The idea is to rid yourself of negative patterns, so keep packing and shipping! Stay tuned for our next tidbit, “Replacing.”
