Your soul, body and mind need rest. Please know, believe, and understand - if your body is not resting, your mind and soul are not resting and vice versa. Develop a routine that will provide you emotional and physical rest. It may be aroma therapy, a hot shower, a cup of lavender and chamomile tea, a favorite song, a favorite scripture etc. etc. Whatever it is, may you find it and rest well, mind, body, and soul!
