Routine Maintenance
Do you ensure routine maintenance of your vehicle? What about your appliances? What about your tools? Why? Because you want them to function the way they were built to function. You want them to last, endure, perform. You get the point. Is your emotional and physical maintenance not as important? It definitely is. I hope you understand my point. Be proactive, work diligently to ensure your emotional well-being. Take time off work, spend time alone, spend time with family, read books, handouts, articles on ways to maintain your emotional, spiritual, and physical fitness.
