Do you have a mental health tool kit? Perhaps you’re not sure what it consists of. Let me enlighten you. You will need in your tool kit what works for YOU! You will need more than one tool because seasons do change. What works today may not work tomorrow, and guess what? That’s okay.

Tool Kit Suggestions: Boundaries, stress ball, journal, relaxing playlist, stress-reducing snacks, someone to talk to, favorite affirmation, favorite quote, favorite scripture and the list goes on. Come back tomorrow for the final tip for May!
